We are YogaSlackersMinnesota and we teach the art of flight. That’s right, we provide you will the skills you need to fly – higher and higher each time you try!

AcroYoga with YogaSlackersMinnesota: AcroYoga is a powerful tool for transformation and strength. Blending the elements of acrobatics and yoga, students will learn body awareness, trust, communication and confidence; all while gaining strength and flexibility. The basic tools of AcroYoga can be used by all walks of life but if you’re the body moving type (yogis, bodyworkers, athletes to name a few), these greatly enhance your physical sport or practice. No experience or partner necessary.
